Pre-Trail Yoga

I’ve had back problems since High School sports, but once I started practicing yoga, the pain went away, and my back never bothered me on the trail.
I attribute it all to my amazing instructor, and one heck of a nice guy, Jeremy Shelton.
Come follow along as we move through some simple poses to prep for a hike.

A little bit about Jeremy Shelton…
I believe yoga should be a balance of hard and soft and I strive to make yoga class accessible to everyone.
My yoga journey began after a back injury while played basketball. After taking class to rehabilitate my back, I realized it was something I wanted to continue with. One day the instructor didn’t come to class and a student asked “Jeremy, why don’t you teach us”. Shortly thereafter I completed a 500 hour teacher certification with the Texas Yoga Institute in 1997.
